12/100 A Diary of a MAD FAT GIRL by: Stephanie McAfee. This book is HILARIOUS. There was definitely many LOL moments and I could not put it down. This book relates to how my relationship is with my sister. Her and I speak like this when were together and I feel like I was Ace (the main girl in the book). It makes me sad because there are three best friends that go through life and that was us at one point until someone disappeared. Anyways Chole is married that suffers from domestic abuse but doesn’t want to admit it, so her best friends Ace and Lilly come to the rescue, eventually. They go through these hurdles to find out what her creeping husband is up to and they help her get through a divorce. Mean while Ace’s past lover Mason comes back into the picture to help Lilly but also to tell Ace that he wants to marry her (they’ve been split for a year btw) and she thinks it’s all bullshit because she has her guard wayyyy up. Way way up. Anyways on the mean time Lilly seems to be living a double life helping two gay guys be discrete about their relationship so she acts as a “mistress” to one of the guys and it’s a whole lot of complication. But she ends up meeting this young cop who’s 23 and she’s 31 and she doesn’t think it’ll work because of the age difference but she really ends put falling for him. You have to read what happens to them along the way. It’s a definite comedy drama filled book :)
